Oh, how they grow...
Take a stroll down Memory Ln and peek at moments from our previous Summers!
Summer 2025's Weekly Themes
Week 1:
Campfire Kickoff
We’ll launch the summer with wilderness skills, sensory hikes, and fire safety. Campers will build confidence in the outdoors as they explore knots, shelters, foraging, and solar-powered cooking. A grounding, heart-opening start to our summer adventure!
Week 4:
Camp Tools & Trails
Hammer, measure, and map! Campers will safely use real tools to build simple trail signs or benches and explore how we mark space and move through it. Expect solar lights, map-making, and a week full of physical movement and spatial learning.
Week 7:
Builders & Makers
Let’s build something that lasts! Campers will co-create useful additions to our campus—from animal playgrounds to birdhouses—while learning about simple machines and working as a team. This is a great week for curious kids who love tools and teamwork.
Week 2:
Garden Gurus
Campers will dig into soil, observe bugs, and plant with purpose as we design herb spirals, build native bee habitats, and learn how to create a backyard ecosystem. Expect muddy hands, nature journals, build opportunities and lots of wonder as we explore how gardens grow—and how we grow alongside them.
Week 5:
Eco Engineers
This week we become Earth problem-solvers. Through hands-on experiments with solar panels, wind power, and water catchment, campers will explore how we care for the planet through design. Expect invention, teamwork, and recycled creativity.
Week 8:
Showcase Week
We’ll wrap up the summer with a review of safety and wilderness skills and a camper-led showcase of everything they’ve built and learned. From peer-led demos to murals, this week is about taking pride in contribution and sharing it with others.
Week 3:
Critter Keepers
From chickens to compost worms, this week is all about animal care and stewardship. Campers will create enrichment toys, collect data on feed and water, and design pretend auto-feeders—deepening their empathy for the creatures who share our campus.
Week 6:
Kitchen Alchemy
Campers will turn plants into tea, herbs into spice blends, and beeswax into wraps! We'll learn about fermentation, flavor, and sustainable food prep in this sensory-rich week of tasting, making, and grateful sharing.
